We're more than just a place where you can find up-to-date computer hardware and software. As part of the university's computer science department, we're committed to helping people take full advantage of our computing facilities with training programs. MacLab tutors present a number of "minicourses" each quarters on a variety of topics, to which the university community is warmly invited. Sessions are free of charge and provide an opportunity to learn about operating systems, programming, media software, and more in a relaxed environment with plenty of instructor attention. Reservation is not required, and resources such as documentation are provided.
